“Where do I even begin… After listening to a podcast episode that Adison was on revolving her transition from the bodybuilding world into the intuitive eating/living world… I knew that she was the person who would help me conquer my disordered eating habits and disordered relationship with exercise. It’s funny because… at first, I thought working out 6x/week doing workouts that were only meant to manipulate my body size and burn calories was healthy. After 2 weeks of working with Adison I started realizing that my workouts were only a means of trying to shape/mold my body to please OTHERS (and my perception of myself).
I can’t give enough credit to Adison for all she has done to support me, guide me, listen to me, and respect me. She changed my life. Seriously… my whole life has changed because of this program. You know, I originally thought I just needed to stop tracking macros and that would be it, but this program allowed me to dive DEEP into other important aspects of health like body image, mental sanity, body respect/neutrality, setting boundaries to protect my own mental health, and treating my whole entity with kindness and love. My relationship with food has NEVER been this good. I can’t even remember the last time I felt so free. I am now able to eat ALL foods without guilt, honour my hunger without being ‘mad’ at my body for being hungry, exercise in a way that makes me feel empowered, treat my body with kindness and respect regardless of what it looks like, and one of the best things I’ve learned in this program… is that ALL bodies are good bodies and health does NOT have a particular look. One of the best parts of this coaching experience was the bi-weekly zoom calls I had with Adison, and with the rest of the Food Freedom girls. I actually found one of my closest friends through that call in which I talk to everyday now. Having the support of other women who have struggled with the same things as me was IMPERATIVE to my success in this program. Adison was always there to remind me that what I’m doing is essential for a living a long, healthy, beautiful and abundant life. There were good days and bad days, and there still are! But, now, I know how to navigate the ‘bad’ days. I know how to handle the ‘bad body image days’, because of all the tools Adison taught me. I was so OUT of my body. Tracking macros, counting calories, exercising in a poor manner, saying no to date nights, having no energy to focus on anything else but food, all of those things bring you further and further away from your true self. I have FOUND myself. I have found things I love to do besides just working out and counting calories. I have found peace, serenity, and confidence. Honestly, there is NO AMOUNT I WOULDN’T PAY for this program. It was worth EVERY DIME I have ever spent. Adison, you are a selfless, beautiful human and I am SO lucky to have had you guide me through to the light at the end of the tunnel. I love you and all the FF girls so much. I will never be able to show you how grateful I am for everything you’ve done.”

“I was with Adison for a little over a year for weight loss. I definitely achieved that, but more importantly, she helped me see what my true issues with food were and now I am living a life I never thought possible. She showed me that food is just FOOD.
